How much time should It take for delivery of medicines?
We have tie up with DHL, and Indiapost. In most places in USA, UK, EU region, and Asia, goods are delivered in 5-10 working days. However, if the product is shipped at remote palces, or sent via Indiapost, it may take upto 20-25 working days. We usually provide a Tracking number with each parcel.
Is delivery available in my country?
We deliver to all Countries, however it may take time for delivery at remote places, where the delivery is only via Postal services.
Will there be any issue in the customs while package is in transit?
We provide Invoice, MSDS, and COA with all other necessary documents needed for import. However, in case you need any country specific document for importing the medicines, please write to our support team, we will help you in our best capabilities.
When will I get the Appointment confirmation?
If contacted via Contact us form or phone, our executive will confirm the appointment date, and time within 24 hours. Moreover, If contacted via Live chat, our support person will confirm real time for the appointment time.
How much each Appointment cost?
Each appointment with an Master's in Ayurveda Doctor will cost you USD 10 per virtual visit. For Yoga, and naturopathy doctor, It will cost USD 8 for the virtual visit.
What is the duration of appointment?
We do not put a cap on the appointment and consider our patient satisfaction is utmost priority. You are free to discuss your issue, about the medicine, how to take, and limitations. Moreover, if you ask the Doctor to send you a written prescription, they will do the needful.
What are the modes of appointment?
There are 3 modes of appointments, You can either book a virtual video call, or a voice call, or live chat. Moreover, in case of non matching of time with our doctor, you can also ask for a email reply as a consultation.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you are free to reschedule your appointment any number of times, sending an email 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Are the products safe?
On all web pages, we have already attached the links of scanned copy of original USFDA registration, AYUSH copy, Food Safety Copy, and GMP certificate. Our company is 33 years old holding 110 patent formulations, and we make sure all products are tested for both efficacy and safety. If needed, we can send all products with MSDS< and COA.
Will I get invoice and prescription?
Most of these are OTC products. However, if either your customs need prescription or your mesicines comes under prescription medicines, we will issue a prescription from your respective doctor.
Can I take these medicines along with the allopathic medicines?
Every person has different body acceptance, and hence we would suggest you to be transparent with the doctor. Please discuss with doctor your individual case to know if should take the concommitant medicines or not..
People tell us ayurvedic medicines have bad taste, is it so?
Like any other system of medicines, Ayurveda medicines are now packed mostly as Capsules, or tablets that are usually tasteless unless you break them:). Some powders may have specific taste, but most medicines would not have taste.
I know the products well, can I buy without appointment?
As most of the products are OTC. If you know the products well, you can surely buy them directly.
